Submit a Salary"In my opinion, Bank of America pays its employees well. I started with a base salary of $48,000, but with monthly and yearly bonuses and incentives I make about $55,000 a year. There is also an opportunity for a raise every year. I really enjoyed the monthly bonuses because they helped drive my performance goals and made work more satisfying/fulfilling."
