"Strange dynamic, no room for growth, and work got tedious."

"Mix in computer calculations with actual field work. Yes sir."

"Boston University has a beautiful laboratory environment in which to work, and my supervisors and coworkers make up a wonderful family I am sad to leave!"

"Be yourself! My supervisor was extremely kind and wanted to see real personality at our meeting."
What don't you like about working at Boston University?
"Boston University only offers my position to an undergraduate student, which I will no longer qualify for come May."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The lab I work in is so beautiful, but many other labs throughout campus are less comfortable. Management should attempt to even out the working environments for all BU researchers."
