4.8 I've worked with SIBS for nearly a year, starting June 2013. I have gained a lot of experience regarding the work field, programming, working with a team, deadlines, and collaboration. I was treated with the utmost respect, and I was upset to leave my working environment. However, I had to leave as I have graduated with my bachelor's degree and that was when my contract period ends.

2.9 Working for the State provides paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, insurance, and retirement. Working for the University is like the twilight zone with a bunch of power hungry control freaks. It's full of silos and way too many software programs required to do the job (and none of them talk to each other).
