UM-DAE Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences Employee Reviews for Visiting Scientist

"Presently, I am working at UM-DAE Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences, Mumbai, India. It is an academic institution which is more like a centre which comprises about 500 peoples including students, academic and non-academic staffs. Students across India appeared for the entrance test, NEST to get admitted into the institution. The funds for the institution comes from the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. In the institution although teaching and research are carried out, the amount of fund available for research is limited. There is no high computing facility to facilitate my ongoing research. I do not see the minimum required facility to prosper my research career. I am looking for a better place, furnished with world-class facilities to contribute to human health care."
