"I work for ultimate medical Academy for about seven months, with my time with the company I received several Great for the feedback on my performance, unfortunately, the company ran a survey we got sent to work from home and realize that I and my fiancé share a common address and they had to let me go. The job itself was pretty challenging helping students enroll for financial aid and understand the financial aid process but with proper training and assistance for my manager and team leads, I was able to do my job."
"A good company that hires diverse employees."
"I worked at UMA in 2017 for about two years. Overall, I enjoyed the company culture. My coworkers were always very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was mostly positive, particularly in my department. However, I'd been told by people who worked in other departments that the atmosphere and what could be asked of you could be drastically different from department to department. Where I worked though, the workload could be a bit much for the amount of staff we had, which unfortunately led to us having to cut corners with students (ie: assisting as best we could in subject areas we weren't trained in because there weren't enough Instructors to go around. ) So even though there were frustrations, overall, I enjoyed the job."
