"I have worked at UM Worldwide for four years. The company is a great place for those looking to start a career in advertising and media planning. With many big name accounts, the agency lives up to its reputation for quality and creative work. The office culture is quite friendly and there is definitely a sense of camaraderie among co-workers. The work, however, can be entropic at times leading to fairly high turnover and in extreme cases poor work-life balance."
