"Ultra Mac is a McDonalds,USA franchisee. They currently hold 12 McDonalds locations and employ approximately 700 people. The structure is an absentee owner, a Director of Operations, 3 Area Supervisors, an Office Manager, HR/Customer Service Manager, 12 General Managers, and crew persons. Due to the small size of the organization, everyone takes on multiple roles. In a typical day, I would do everything from marketing to recruiting to onboarding to customer responses to insurance claims to filing. It required a good amount of multi-tasking and organization. The biggest issue at Ultra Mac is the lack of education and professionalism at the leadership level. Specifically, there is a real lack of decorum and understanding about business processes."
