Also, the leadership was not as open to new ideas or suggestions on how to streamline the warehouse and shipping process to help to maximize productivity. "For a Prime contractor, took a product from concept through qualification, contract negotiation, Low Rate Initial Production and on to full rate production, 100% Customer and Corp Satisfaction"

"Leadership does not reinvest in the company resources. projects in south are are not fully completed and the projects in north are taken on causing a viscous circle that is impossible to complete."

"Reinvest in the resources; human and technology. President is part of the sales group and hardly ever present on site; 100 % delegation does not work."
