"I loved working with people & being able to be my own boss. I'm a self starter and I enjoyed having the power to make my store My Store. I really did love this job."

What don't you like about working at ULTRA Diamonds?

"I didn't like the fact that I couldn't advance to a higher volumn store. I went above and beyond the call of duty and the company just wanted me to stay at that location. Hence that store is no longer open because they were declining in sales."
