"Please try to keep all your communications with the management right from joining. So if they don't pay what they are supposed to pay according to United states law, then go the court."

What don't you like about working at Ultimo Software Solutions?

"I don't like working at Ultimo. This company is doing a wrong business which brings people from mostly india and does not pay till they get the client project. They don't let the employees other than TIBCO or what ever they believe is profit for the company ( high billing rate). The duration I was there was a nightmare in my life. I was forced to come to office ( well, its a small suite ) without paying any salary. I had a very hard start of work life in United states. I was under so much depression and was unable to get rid of the company as they were not providing paystubs which is actually a golden tool for H1 holders."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My strong suggestion to them is to work as professionals. Please don't play with the people life."
