"I work for ultimate business services for a couple of months now. my experience overall has been good. I had to memorize a lot of information in the beginning like all new hires, you have to do presentations in order to get product certified, but the training manager is an amazing person that makes you understand the material. The selling process is fairly easy but when applied in the real world you will have a lot of objections and obstacles that you will encounter. you have to be fast to rebuttal and expect the worst but always go for the best. If you can handle that than you can do this job!"

"True Freedom To Set Your Own Schedule! So, I have been working for UBS in the Sales Department in Pompano for almost 2.5 years now. Every job has it ups and downs but personally, I like working here very much. FREEDOM - I really love the fact I can set my own schedule and see whoever I want, whenever I want. My last position, they force you to work specific leads, but not here. CAR - I love the fact, I don't have to put more miles on my new BMW, since the company provides me with a company car and fuel reimbursement. MY TERRITORY - Having my own protected territory is a major plus. I don't have to worry about other sales representative poaching my customers. I wish the company would screen applicants more. Sales is not for everyone and some people cannot do “outside” sales at all. I am sick of hearing all the "Negative Nancy's" 99% is your mental attitude and I don’t want to be affected by those that can't hack it. I want more company outings, like the BBQ and Bowling Night we did last year. It was really fun to hangout and work as team to compete against other departments!"
