"I had a great 14 month run at UiPath. I was able to build a high-performing marketing team, and work on great products customers actually like. The company honestly cared about the impact it was having with its technology, and on creating good employee experiences. No company is perfect, and they struggled with cash flow management and hiring/growing too quickly, which had some negative impacts on culture, and led to a large layoff wave where I was hit. But overall it was a very positive experience."
