"Working at client site, facing client directly. Different challenges every day. You can't rely your work on somebody else, since you are working as a consultant. This helps you take responsibility for your work and can benefit your growth. Good pay."

"I had a good experience, from applying for the job to doing everyday work. Recruiter was very helpful, lot of communication was involved. Keep doing the great job. In future consider the option about offering paid holidays."

"The people. Everyone is friendly, and it's a really cool environment to work at."

"Management seems more concerned about who owns what project, and which department has control of what. I'm not sure if it's due to the economy, but things have become worse more recently. Individuals seeking personal growth and the opportunity to learn and apply new things should look elsewhere."
