"Better environment to work"
"The management of this company doesn't understand how the way you treat your employees affects the way you serve your customers. One example is that they ask employees to clean the main break room on a rotating basis while the owner takes extravagant trips to Europe for pleasure. For employees, this means scrubbing many tables, emptying trash, cleaning appliances, mopping and vacuuming floors, and making sure many high chairs are lined up with a small uniform gap away from the eating counters around the perimeter of the room. The second-tier management often acts petrified of the owner's odd directives in many areas (such as the chair gap). They sometimes let down their guard, whisper how crazy things are below their breath, and roll their eyes. Numerous security cameras in the elevators and other places seem to be the work of a paranoid dictatorship interested in watching employees intently while on the property, rather than for any other logical reason. Because of the angle of the elevator cameras, female workers should be warned to cover their bosoms well to prevent giving the male security staff an eyeful while these men watch security monitors at their desks. Low salaries, poor benefit plans, limited upward mobility, overly distant leadership, lack of flexibility with employees and other problems will continue to plague this place for decades."
