"WORST company ever worked for!!! They DON'T care about their employees, only profit terminated and laying off thousands"
"We pay more $$$$ for healthcare than the people-claims we process. We have to process a claim in 15 min OR LESS!! VERY STRICT VPH. Management team EXTREME mico-managing. When I moved mgt asked if I had 'permission' to move. We have to move our mouse every 2 min or it goes against us. Multi-billion $ company but pays less that 18.00 an hour for a career that takes over 1 yr to learn. WISH WE HAD A UNION. Many of us are discouraged and looking for other employment. Not enough time for administrative duties. Mandatory OT for more that 2.5 yrs. but the pay is horrible. Toxic work environment and if things don't change soon many will leave."
