"Patience- it's academia and things tend to move very slowly in this kind of environment, but once you land the right fit it's a piece of cake"

"There is a lot of upheaval, often there aren't clear contingency plans in place to carry work through to the next phase, but people are willing to lend a hand when it is needed."

"I would delegate more often; have clear and concise job responsibilities; have attainable goals to work towards"

"Not being able to streamline processes and adjust current methods to be more efficient as a whole."

"More process development and engineering. Work more closely with IT departments to truely understand each others' needs."
