"I didn't find the amount of guidance to be as good as it could be."

"It's a temporary position. I like the variety of the assignment locations and the connections made around campus."

"Patience- it's academia and things tend to move very slowly in this kind of environment, but once you land the right fit it's a piece of cake"

"There is a lot of upheaval, often there aren't clear contingency plans in place to carry work through to the next phase, but people are willing to lend a hand when it is needed."
