"OVMC is a fast paced and always busy place to work as far as IT support is concerns. There are a lot of things that can be learned working in a government run environment.IT support team members are fair and have good work ethics.It is a good place to work for people who love to work in a campus type environment."

"Working for the county is not as amazing as it used to be. The pay is not comparable to other hospitals. The only plus side is the benefits and pension. Work environment is good and non strenuous. Employees have a union so raises are negotiated through them instead of on work merit which makes it difficult if you have a lazy employee because evaluation does not increase or decrease your raise."
