"Equipment was secondhand at best and often times didn't work or broke down."

"The department needs more money to buy new equipment"

"The challenges that came with a new group of students. Not only the work procedures are changing week to week but also the people (in this case, the students) are different every year; and I found each year had its own challenge that needed to be dealt with."

"Again, be honest and show a desire to learn."

"Absolutely none! It was hectic during the 9 months school year, but I found myself looking forward everyday since everyday seems like a new place at work!"

"I was a manager and worked with other managers. I learned from them, implemented what I think was right to my own employees. I suggested to others new tactics to achieve the most efficient outcomes especially when dealing with such a large group of people as needed."
