"Most of the junior staff and middle managers are great people...too good for the likes of that place"

"Run!! Go work somewhere else. Del Taco would be better than this place."

What don't you like about working at University of California, Irvine?

"The AVC, Deputy Director and most of the senior staff, with the exception of Joe Rizkallah. The AVC in charge of the office is a controlling, rude, unethical, self-serving SOB who lives to put his staff down to make himself feel like a man."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop trying to control people and start treating your staff with respect. The fact that the staff performs well is not because of your hard-line tactics. It is despite your treatment of them that they are so good."
