Medical Assistant

"UCHealth is a great company and does great things for their patients. As for their employees they do not. For the work and hours we spend away from family, putting our self at risk for disease and the hardships of getting yelled at by patients for merely just trying to help them feel better so that the "higher Up" don't have to deal with the upset patients. The pay raises feel like they are laughing in our face since you can only get up to 70 cents per year for a raise. Hardly get a bonus and when something big happens like a disease out break they don't pay you hazardous pay which in my opinion is important nor do they recognize the people that go above and beyond. Great leadership and managers lead to great employees which lead to great care. Which is something UCHealth lacks in showing there employees."

"I have been an employee with UCHealth and have found their care and organization to be top level. They have a clear mission of helping their patients and families in the community. All the staff, from the registration to providers, were friendly, kind, and have compassion. The company proves to be one of the greatest in the state of Colorado."

UCHealth Employee

"I have worked for UCHealth for the past 3 1/2 years as the Facilities Manager for Grandview Hospital as well as Pikes Peak Regional Hospital. The team I work with lacks the values that I am looking for and at times is a toxic environment that brings stress home due to their leadership."
