"Know your subject matter. The full time faculty that will interview you are very very good."

What don't you like about working at UAlbany?

"Too unstable. Its hard to predict what will be available. The number of courses you teach in a given semester is out of your control."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None really. They treat their adjuncts as well or better than any other local college."
