"I worked for this company for almost a year. This specific plant is probably not an accurate depiction of company culture overall. It was brought to my attention that my employees were making false statements to HR and as a result, HR made the decision to terminate my employment. Benefits are good and you're paid extra on the 6th and 7th day of work. There are more competitive salaries in the area, but if you're passionate about this company then you'll be satisfied."
