"Managing Personal life along with the official one. Encouragement for the work done."

"Family Get-together, Providing job to their family members (if they are suitable for the position)"

"nothing really it is a very well maintained place to work I love my job but I want my daughter to be around our family."

"Tyco is a very well organized place to work they're always looking for ways to make everybodys job easier."

"The entire IT department was outsourced and eventually shut down."

"The location was a long drive for me but the work made it worth while."

"Management can do a bit more to be in tune with the development team."

"The company went overseas, if it stayed, I think I would still be with this company."

"It's not that I don't like, it was on the cusp in letting us work on automation, then it went overseas."

"The management that I was working for was awesome, he was multi-tasking so many projects from city to city, and still knew what was going on and took care of the issues."
