"I was hired as part of a new program to target small businesses. The program hasn't been very successful for everyone across the board, although some people have had success. There are a lot of great perks, which is a plus."

"Great potential but going through major changes. Evolving markets and sharp price drops for video technology are huge threats to existing legacy product line and customer base. Split with ADT becomes "Real" in October 2014. Many longterm customers have been paying premium prices and that creates backlash. The "ADT/Tyco" value proposition will be put to the test in the highly competitive marketplace that is the result of new technologies available now."
