What do you like about working at TW Perry?
"I enjoy the family atmosphere but I think employees are too content on just getting by with status quot. Company uses very outdated computers and technology but that is on par for the industry of building suppliers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would not recommend this as a first job. It would be better suited as a last job where a person could be comfortable without being pushed too hard."
What don't you like about working at TW Perry?
"They have very limited promotion potential. Promotions from within are often through office politics instead of who is best suited."

"I would try to set more and alternative incentives for employees to learn and work harder."
