"They are always open to new employees, and training can take some getting used to. If you work hard and show effort, it will be recognized and it does get easier. It still takes me, after about a month, about an hour to set up a job. You have to be patient, and willing to sit there for a long period of time interspersed with taking sheet metal out and putting it back into the machine."
