"Working here was horrible. The owners are cruel and demeaning. They would send emails out reprimanding employees and attach the entire company to it to see. The unnecessary drama was so unbearable my husband would beg me to hand in my notice at least once a week. They would talk about private information like how much one employee was making with other employees in earshot. They would hate to talk to all the customers and realtors behind their back and any employee who wasn’t present. I took a significant pay cut and lost my benefits to work here on the promise that I would get continued raises that never happened. They also said they were about to make benefits available but never did. If you wanted maternity leave you could have a few weeks off without pay, but that’s it. I thought working for a smaller business would be wonderful, but it was one of the worst experiences of my life. No job should cause you to cry all the way home each day or require you to give yourself morning pep talks in the car to force yourself to go clock in."
