"I am presently 2nd in command at Turnbridge Construction. I handle all the day to day managing of all current and future projects. I also oversee all estimating evolutions to include take offs, download of all construction documents. Oversee all front end documents to be properly filled out. I sell current and future projects to all our clients. I submit all payment req.s, change orders and RFIs to our customer. I maintain all our A/R to current levels and follow up with clients who are late.I manage all manpower throughout the projects. I put out to bid all material quotes to vendors and buyout each project. I can go on but that can be done at another time."
