"I left my job of almost 3 years to work for Tunnel PM. The owners seem nice enough, and the support staff is fantastic. The pay is great. However, there is a very false sense of job security and support in joining this company. I was assured that this was an opportunity for growth and the eventual development of an entire department. I was terminated 60 days later (4 days before Christmas), and told that they were removing my position. They did pay me through the end of the year, and I greatly appreciated that, but it is indecent to terminate an employee so close to Christmas. The owners have unrealistic expectations. Despite being a startup, they frequently mentioned that the goal was for the support staff to essentially run the business without consulting them or asking for advice. Additionally, they gave me a task to complete, which should have been completed well before my employment, as there was a strict deadline with the IRS. They were hard to reach regarding my questions on said task. Upon the successful completion of said task, I was let go the very next business day. Overall, I would say they are still trying to figure out how to run this business. If you are looking for job security and clarity, I would not recommend Tunnel PM."
