"Very diffferent today, but stick to the rates and careful not to give away the ads as there is value in advertisng."

"Not having contraol of the process in whihc the ads were created. Relying on several departments for things to happen."

"Cut the meetings to aminimum and ride along with the account executives for an actual snapshot of the territory."
