"Churn and burn operation that really doesn't care for the employees. Staff gets laid off about every six months for a month or so. No new ideas - just the same people pushing the same tired concepts to their friends in the industry. Raises - wont happen; recognition for achievements - non-existent; learning, fostering environment - not there... in short, a waste of time unless you just want a paycheck (about 83% of the year) - would be surprised if they are still in the defense contracting business a year from now. They'd blame "the economy" but the problems start at the top and continue."
