"Mainly engineering focused with about 80 people. Great group of people to work with, and the environment is very well laid out and clean."

"I have worked at TTM for 6 years. We were close to locking the doors but, with new management, we turned the ship around and became one of the best shops in the company in North America. Leadership seeks innovation and constant improvement. A fast-paced and challenging environment for engineers and engineering technicians. Opportunity to grow if you are proactive and show initiative. The only downsides are that there are production supervisors who don’t like change and a lack of quality maintenance support. I would like to see better compensation for engineers because of high responsibility."

"This was a great company to learn and grow with. It is a fast-paced manufacturing environment which may not be for everyone but was a very rewarding experience."

"TTM Technologies gives a lot of recent college graduates opportunities to gain experience in manufacturing circuit boards and assemblies. The environment is fast paced and changes frequently due to a high mix, low volume manufacturing."

"I've worked for TTM since it acquired Anaren, Inc in late 2018. TTM has been a fast growing company, mostly through acquisition and has inherited many of the issues of it's smaller subsidiaries. Communication barriers between facilities and corporate cause issues, benefits and culture are not comparable to modern tech companies. Good work however, is well rewarded."

"TTM Technologies offers many opportunities to grow within the company. The level of communication between management and lower level workers could be improved. Work-life balance is good."

"I've worked at TTM Technologies for just over 2 years and have enjoyed the experience that has come with it. The Stafford Springs division is not located near any sort of city and the majority of workers are from close by. There could be an improvement in communication if I had to choose one critique."

"Great company to get into the PCB industry and learn how to manufacture a PCB from start to finish. As an Engineer, don't expect to get proper training. You will learn through hands-on and root-cause analysis. Don't let this scare you because everyone is there to help you out, even the operators."

"If you don't work for TTM Logan, you might be looking for work soon."

What do you like about working at TTM Technologies?

"Although it was for a very short time, I liked how upper management was focused on constant cost reduction."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The printed circuit board manufacturing opportunities are getting slimmer by the day. TTM has closed 3 facilities in a little over 2 years. Find another avenue of employment, the PCB world is crashing hard in the US."

What don't you like about working at TTM Technologies?

"I didn't like the fact that they came in and bought the entire Tyco Electronics printed circuit board mfg company and in 28 months have closed 3 facilities....one of which I worked at for 22 years and have had a very tuff time finding work since."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Re-open the Dallas, Oregon facility....it was once regarded as one of the very best shops in the U.S.A."
