Leadership seeks innovation and constant improvement. A fast-paced and challenging environment for engineers and engineering technicians. Opportunity to grow if you are proactive and show initiative. The only downsides are that there are production supervisors who don’t like change and a lack of quality maintenance support. I would like to see better compensation for engineers because of high responsibility."

"I've worked for TTM since it acquired Anaren, Inc in late 2018. TTM has been a fast growing company, mostly through acquisition and has inherited many of the issues of it's smaller subsidiaries. Communication barriers between facilities and corporate cause issues, benefits and culture are not comparable to modern tech companies. Good work however, is well rewarded."
