"Its a great place to work, if you want to work... For many of the "old school" call center type employees we know you have to pound the phones to make money. If you are good the pay is very good. IF you are not good with people and sales, this job is not for you. The company provides us everything we need. BUT you can not expect to make a sale every time you pickup the phone. And as a call center our job as an employee is to turn semi-warm to call calls into paying customers for our clients."
