"The initial hiring phase was completely unorganized, unprofessional, unethical, and led to personnel being placed in positions not suited for their experience...That led to the current state of CHAOS....I believe if one took a survey of employees other than MGMT....they would be surprised at what they would find out...."

"I had many suggestions for MGMT while working for TSA yet they were not taken in a mature, professional manner...I was alienated, and didn't fit the mold of just go along and you will do fine....look the other way Don't make waves etc....Stop wasting money.....Be more Accountable...."
