"I've worked at TS Trim for over 3 years now and have an overall positive opinion of working for the company. Much of my positive opinion comes from working for an absolutely wonderful boss. The biggest negative aspect of working for the company is low compensation and no transparency or communication regarding the bi-annual bonuses. N nobody knows how much they are receiving until they actually receive it and there are no explanations offered of how the amount was determined."
