What do you like about working at T.S. Dudley Land?

"At first they had a flexable schedule and enviroment but the company is a clichish, everyone is always ready to push anyone & EVERYONE UNDER THE BUS!! Management and HR are just as bad, whenever one trys to confide with them they are always against the employee, not matter what!!! Very bad working environment, everyday while working one is always stressed that they will get fired or written up all the time."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! THEY ARE ALWAYS READY TO GET RID OF PEOPLE if they don't like you!!!"

What don't you like about working at T.S. Dudley Land?

"The management and training, what training!! There is none. Also if one ever asks a question about anything they make one feel stupid all the time, especially in front of everyone, they will put one down anytime"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To get there heads out of their asses and start training and teaching people. Also HR needs to be neutral like they are suppose too! Instead of always on the management side, she never tries to resolve anything."
