"I worked for Trustco Bank since 2010 and I enjoyed working and learning there"
"I've worked for Trustco Bank for a year now. The company is very unorganized, and management does not care about their employees. The turnover is extremely high. However, if you're looking for a starter job to get your foot in the door and learn about banking, this is not a bad place to start as you will learn a lot."

"I like everything about it. Learning all about Mortgages, CDs, Ira's and just regular accounts."

"Just to be yourself, and to be honest. It's a great place to work. I really liked it a lot."
What don't you like about working at TrustCo Bank?
"One thing that I didn't like about Trustco was that it wasn't very busy. I like it to be busy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Well just not to have people travel to so many branches. You can't build customer relationships that way. Which is very important."

"slow growth and my computers field is being neglected, I am a computer and I am wasting my time in accounts, although I do that perfectly but thats not what I want to do in the next coming years. I am a compputer geek and want to end up a in computer set up environment."

"The job itself and the Wolf Road area."

"Work in the HR department, it is a lot of fun."
