"I think that TrustArc is a great place to work, but the technology is lagging behind its competitors and is constantly getting outshined. The customer churn is very high. Because of that, compensation is pretty low based on industry standards, and some benefits had to be taken away or cut back. There's been a ton of layoffs that led to lower morale overall. Generally speaking, the people here are really smart and great to work with. Everyone has a passion for what they do, which makes this an awesome place to work as far as culture goes. However, if the company wants to succeed, the tech needs to keep up with customer demand."
