"I've worked for SunTrust Banks (now Truist Financial) for nine years. The company offers a great amount of flexibility, great retirement benefits, great quality of work life. Every three years, the company restructured. So the work environment is constantly changing. There are opportunities to grow, depending on the department you work in. The most recent merge with BB&T appears to be promising!"
"I was working with Truist Financial Corp on a contract. The experience that I have gained at previous jobs, Truist allowed me to execute that to the fullest extent. The company just went through a major merger and that has created many opportunities for recent graduates as well as for the experienced personnel.
