"Lots of great people working here, however, not working well together. Lack of communication between, regions and departments as well as lack of leadership makes what could be a really great company lacking on many levels. If the company lived up to what they preach about servant leadership it would have been a much better outcome for them. My direct supervisor was the closest thing to good leadership within the company a truly put forth an effort to unite our teams. It was refreshing being able to come in and work directly with someone who saw what needed to be changed and worked as much within their abilities to do so."
