"Good: Great set of people to work with, very friendly. Good team building exercises. Great medical benefits. Stocked refrigerator. Pet friendly. Bad: Boring material. No motivation to learn more skills. No management guidance and no mentoring process; don't make time as they are too busy barbecuing for other managers. Too many meetings. Advice: Help the low end people to be motivated to stay. They make the company as much as the high end people. Have a mentoring process to help people learn the skills necessary to make them a success at work and in life. Also, many of the product ads repeat themselves constantly to the point where the ad is no longer interesting to look at. Some of the surveys in the ads are too long that it cannot be completed due to fact that it covers the Next button."
