It was a great company to work for and I enjoyed helping the over 3000 independent hardware store owners meet the challenges of their retail store operations. The strength of the company was always the focus on the retailer, but that changed in recent years as the newer management felt that the Corporate Mandate to the individual store owner was in the retailers best interest."
