"The thing I like best was the days I didn't have to work."

"STAY AWAY from this company!! If you applied and were called up for an interview the best thing you can do is cancel..."

What don't you like about working at Roberts Dairy?

"VERY physically demanding and hard on your body. Needs to be ugraded/automated much more than it is(newer than 1920 standards). Always getting called in on scheduled days off.Supposed to work 10hr shifts and get notified 5min. before quitting time you have to work a 16 hour day. No coverage shift on Saturday so you stay untill the work is done even if it means working 24+ hours straight, which has happened!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire all management and start over fresh! Employees need more of a work/life balance."

"Must be willing to work at a fast, but steady pace."

"Cold weather."

"Everyday was some what of a challenge do to the variety of freight coming in and out. I always had to be prepared for the worst."

"The management did not handle employee discipline well."

"To apply respect to the people working under them."
