"This is not a good company to work for. At first, it was okay but the raises are like 10 cents a year and I couldn't even say the benefits were that good anymore by the time I left, since the BCBS plans the company went with had high deductibles and didn't pay for anything. They expect a lot out of you for very little pay. After 7 years of working there, a Wal-Mart cashier was still making more than me and they weren't expected to pull miracles out of their bums. "Oh the benefits were nice"...benefits don't pay the bills or put food on the table. There's a lot of nepotism going on at the company. Depending on what team you get placed on, you'll be micromanaged to death. I wouldn't recommend working for them to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time."
