What don't you like about working at Troy University?

"Very clique-ish, impossible to move up, feels like it's management vs. staff."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need dialogue with staff, worry about the things that matter (i.e. emails from management about the state of the bathroom, or chronic lateness, rather than ask for input on procedures), try to learn from other schools, staff needs some kind of performance review, new staff needs some kind of training (I received virtually no training)."
