"I have worked here now going on over 18 months supporting an IT Automotive Industry facility. The work is rather ordinary but definitely intriguing since it's a different aspect of IT support. Generally supporting the assembly line workstations systems hardware and software. On occasions serving as the in-house network support expert for any and all concerns regarding the servers and switches in our server support room. Other than that it's somewhat very quiet most of the time with an occasional request to the production floor. I work 2nd shift from 4 to 12:30AM / 6 days a week. Decent wages and considerable overtime regularly, but the truth of the matter is I an IT support professional and need to always keep evolving."
