"Lunch is 1 hour. They start at 9am and the people in charge are always late. You can wear pajamas on Fridays. Bathroom breaks are encouraged. If you are soulless, you will be rewarded. You will succeed if you forfeit all self respect and dignity. There are an excessive amount of pointless, counterproductive meetings, which leads to very little actual work being done. This small company is family owned and they do not even try to hide their nepotistic behavior. No matter what they tell you during an interview (the interviews are really ridiculous and just lies), there is little to no room for promotions because it is such a small company. If you do happen to get a "promotion", they will slap some silly new title on your business card and then you will probably get fired. All of the top positions are held by the family or "significant others" of the family. They will expect you to be available at all times. Their "business" hours are from 9am to 5:30pm, but there is an unwritten rule that you should be there from 8:30am to at least 6:30pm/7:00pm. Unfortunately, most people that have been working there for a while and know these unwritten rules will not even tell a new employee because they know that it is probably better for that new employee to just get fired instead of suffering the torture that is Tronex. All of this companies' actions are completely reactionary and they have absolutely no foresight to plan properly, which leads to a lot of finger pointing and senior "management" putting the blame on some poor sap, usually resulting in a firing. There is literally a revolving door on the front of their building with new and old employees spinning in and out. Tronex does not have a Human Resource department because any person that works in that position gets fired for advising the owners about their unethical and horrible behavior. Every employee in that building has an exceptional fear of you and an exceptional lack of respect for you."
