"Since I started with TEI in 2016, I have had multiple opportunities to grow and learn the ins and outs of the Environmental industry. My decision to seek other employment is purely based on my desire to relocate back to my hometown."
"Amazing team and excellent management. Felt like I was welcomed immediately and allowed to draft my own path of success when it came to approaching my job requirements. Always felt supported and had a great line of communication throughout the company. Would highly recommend."
"Excellent company, pleasure to work for. Great people, great work ethics."
"Horrible Work/Life Balance and Non-Competitive Pay. Keep Looking."
What do you like about working at Triumvirate Environmental?
"My fellow employees are good people and I like working with clients. I've learned a good amount about Environmental Health and Safety."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would suggest they shop around for jobs, look up reviews of the companies, etc. Work-Life balance isn't really respected at Triumvirate, even though they like to talk about it a lot. There are a lot of companies out there that have really good pay/benefits/vaca/401K match and less work hours, that would be worth looking at, for sure. If you do get a job here, you will probably like the people at your level you work alongside, but don't let that stall/stop you from making the right career choices for you. Those benefits I mentioned really are important."
What don't you like about working at Triumvirate Environmental?
"Long hours, little reward (in pay or otherwise) for work. You don't find your next day's schedule out until the night before, which makes planning things in your personal life difficult. The schedule also fluctuates a lot. So you might go in at 8am one morning (that would be considered a very late morning start at Triumvirate), then have to go in at 5am the next, then 7am the next. You'll always be expected to work until 5pm, no matter what time you got in. Management claims that there is growth at the company, but from what I've seen, it is more like people get shuffled around and end up having to work longer and longer hours. There is no 401K match. I don't really respect anyone in management. They don't seem to know what they are doing. Just sort of blowing a lot of smoke up employees' and cients' you-know-what. They try to make themselves out to be more important/influential/successful than they are, and I feel like it is all smoke and mirrors."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"This is a job, not a charity. When smart people are busting their butts and working long hours for you, you need to compensate them accordingly, instead of just laughing all the way to your own banks. It's not normal to work this much and not get some compensation for it."
"Educational and excellent interactions with different companies and people"

What don't you like about working at Triumvirate Environmental?
"Not keeping up with word given and honesty not a priority."

"Because a person doesn't have a degree doesn't mean they don't know what's out on the field."
"Decent job with less than adequate work/life balance."

"Working in the scientific community; having autonomy; constantly learning more."

What don't you like about working at Triumvirate Environmental?
"Consistently working 55-60 hours a week with less than fair compensation."
